Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 26th July 2025 Written Episode Update: Emotional Reunion of Abhira and Maira! Will Maira Accept Abhira as Her Mother?

The episode begins with Abhira angrily entering Armaan's home, declaring that she is there to take her daughter, Maira. Armaan is shocked to learn this; he explains that he intended to tell her this was the reason he came to Mount Abu—to bring back Maira—while Abhira ignores him and shouts for Maira, announcing that her mother has returned. Armaan says he will need time to make Maira understand; he says he will make her understand their daughter. Abhira questions, Our daughter? He kept her away for 7 years, and now she needs her in seven minutes.

Whereas unaware of all this, Maira is happy to see Armaan back; she asks about his injuries. While Abhira relives Maira's childhood with the pictures Maira has drawn and her schoolbooks, and then she sees a family picture of Armaan and Geetanjali, Abhira breaks down, saying she has missed Maira's first step, dance, word, and everything. She blames Armaan for this, saying, Who will repay for this?

While Armaan makes Maira sit, Armaan takes out a bracelet, saying her real mother had given it to her. Maira says it's cute but won't fit her. Armaan says her real mother will buy her one, saying she came here to meet Maira, saying she was looking for her for a long time. Maira says, Just like cute Aunty? While Abhira is having an emotional breakdown, and she refuses to take Anshuman's help, she is beyond hurt by Armaan's betrayal, saying he left at her weakest moment, and still she was waiting for him for 7 years and was blaming herself.

Abhira says how much he saw her suffer, how she was finding Pookie, and he didn't do anything. Abhira says death is better. Maira hears someone crying, and she enters the home. Abhira is sitting opposite-faced. Geetanjali tries to stop Maira, but Dadu holds her back. Maira finally speaks up: "Real Mumma." When Abhira turns, Maira is shocked; Abhira has finally found Pookie. They emotionally reunite after 7 years, where she calls her Pookie.

Both are happy to be with each other. Maira hands her the bracelet, and Abhira says she was so small but now has grown so much. Abhira adores Maira and says she missed her so much and searched for her everywhere. Maira says she also felt the same connection. Abhira apologizes for not recognizing it earlier; she says her heart knew.

Maira asks if she will shift to Mount Abu. Abhira says they will go to Udaipur, and Maira gets excited, saying they all—Geetanjali, Armaan, and Daddu—will live in Udaipur. Armaan says to Miara that he needs to talk to her in private. Armaan says that Maira will stay alone with Abhira. Armaan says he can't come. Maira says they will get Armaan married to Geetu, and she will also become her mother. Armaan says now Abhira is her mother, not Geetanjali, and babies stay with their mother.

Maira gets emotional, and Armaan says he is bad and Abhira is the best; he separated her from her mother. Maira refuses to believe it, and Armaan says he will get used to living without her. Maira requests not to send her away, saying she will behave, but Armaan says she will have to leave; he gets stern. Armaan's heart is heavy when he asks Maira to leave.

Maira is hurt; she looks back at Armaan to stop her, but Armaan refuses to look in her direction. Maira comes out, Abhira offers her hand, but Maira makes a run. Armaan says he will send all of Maira's documents and tells her likes and dislikes. Abhira loses her cool and slaps Armaan.
