Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 23rd May 2025 Written Episode Update: Abhira Got Scammed; Krish Turned Out Just Like His Father!

Today's Episode starts with Abhira asking Vidya and Kaveri about why their mood is off. After asking multiple times, Kaveri says Krish's name. Abhira was angry and wanted to go to Krish to teach him a lesson. She asks them not to stop her, saying Krish is a child. Vidya makes Abhira understand how everyone has a choice, and their choices lead them to where they are. The three of them hug it out.

While at Poddar House, everyone is at the dining table when Manoj asks Krish about how he wants to handle a case, as he knows the client well. Krish says he will think about it. Kiara asks about that; her friend is getting married, and she wants to make Bangalore's tickets. He insults Kiara if she doesn't feel embarrassed, as her own marriage didn't work. We see how the family dynamic in the Poddar house has shifted, with Krish being arrogant. When Manoj takes Vidya's name, Krish narrates how he met Vidya and Kaveri. When Kiara tries to call out to him, he will remind her about who is earning in this house.

While trying to lighten up Kaveri's mood, Abhira and Vidya are trying to cheer her up. They have bought a face mask, and they ask her how Krish is with Sanjeev, and she says he has turned like him. They say not to take it to heart. Kaveri applies the mask. As they were getting relaxed, Abhira receives a call saying she doesn't have enough money in the bank to pay loan installments. She asks Kaveri and Vidya about it, and they tell her they have deposited money. A manager came to them, and Abhira asks for the manager's name, but they draw a blank. Abhira realizes that they didn't know how to deposit money. Abhira calls the bank to clarify; she gets to know he was not a manager; he was a thief, and they got scammed. They got stressed, saying how they will fill the installment now, as they have got a penalty as well. Abhira says they will not take stress; she calms Vidya and Kaveri and goes to handle the matter.

While Armaan is at work, as RJ, he is listening to a question when the viewer asks about the dilemma of choosing a career or family. Armaan says how difficult it is to live alone and how he will miss his loved one. At the end, he says to choose himself, as no one will support him; this was Armaan's personal teaching. Abhira goes to the bank, and she tells them to take the penalty back. The bank personnel say they might be lying and it will take 2-3 weeks to sort this out. Abhira imagines Armaan's reaction to this, how she couldn't take care of this small matter, how she would have handled Pookie, and how because of her they lost Pookie.

While Armaan is taking his child home, he talks to Geetanjali about how he wants to give her happiness and wants to fulfill every demand of hers. While Kaveri and Vidya go out to buy vegetables, they see what neighbors think about them, calling them a burden on Abhira, and how Abhira had to leave a big job because of them. When Vidya was about to go and stop them, Kaveri stopped her. Whereas Armaan is eating golgappas, she sees a new couple. She starts to talk to them. The couple says they are about to get married; it is an arranged marriage. They explain the arranged marriage concept to her. When they ask if they are her parents, she agrees. The couple compliments Armaan and Geetanjali and leaves. Armaan calls out and again makes her understand that Geetanjali is not her mother. When she asks, then who is her mother? Armaan sees Abhira's face; he gets worried; she asks her mother's name; Armaan sees Abhira's face again, urging her to tell him that it is her; Armaan loses his cool.
