Precap: Maira told Armaan and Abhira that she got fire crackers for Diwali. 

The Wednesday episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai started off with Abhir telling Maira that he got dangerous fire crackers for himself. Maira told him that she is a brave girl and will lit those crackers as well. 

Madhav told Maira that she is brave because she is his grand daughter and Abhira's daughter. Armaan told Madhav Maira is my daughter as well. Madhav left with Maira and Abhir. 

Armaan told Abhira that his whole family is Abhira's fan and he feels like Madhav is her father and his father-in-law. Abhira heard it and laughed at him. 

Kajal asked Kaveri that she forgot to give Lakshmi Maa's thali and chunari to Tanya. Kaveri said to Kajal that she knows she loves Tanya because she doesn't have her own parents. She also told Kajal that you love Tanya because of you could not stand for Charu.

Kajal told Kaveri that even if Tanya's parents would alive she would give the same love to Tanya then also. Kaveri told Kajal that she has always stood up with Vidya and is a great mother-in-law and said she wants to be like her for Tanya as well. 

Kaveri told her that parents love their children but with that they should also work as a guide to them. Kajal asked Kaveri to give the chunari and thali to Tanya. 

On the other hand, Yuvraj chaudhary was seen helding a gun in his hand and pointing at Abhira's cut out. He remembered the days where he used to love Abhira and said now that love has changed into hate. 

Kaveri gathered the family members at the Poddar house and unveiled a wheel which has Ramayan's characters names written on it. Maira asked Kaveri what is so special about Ramayan. 

Kaveri and the entire family told Maira the greatness of the epic story of the whole. Kaveri turn by turn spin off the wheel and did the casting for the Ramayan at their home to take place.

Sita was given to Abhira, Ravan to be Armaan and ShriRam is Maira. Kaveri on the other hand was given Surpanakha, Madhav as Dashrath, Manisha as Manthara, Vidya as Kaikeyi, Kajal as Bharat, Kiara and Abhir as Urmila and Lakshman, Manish as Hanuman and Kajal's husband as Vibhishan. 

In the evening, Yuvraj entered the Poddar house to kill Abhira. He entered with a shawl covered on his face. Kiara looked at him and suspected something wrong with his body language. 

On the other hand, everyone is getting ready with their costumes and make-up. Armaan told Kaveri that on top of his Ravan get up he will wear the sadhu's get up. Abhira is seen doing Manish's make-up. 

Yuvraj looked at Abhira and got an injection out of his pocket. Armaan was seen practicing with a bow and arrow. As Yuvraj approached with the injection to kill Abhira Armaan shot the arrow at Yuvraj by mistake and Yuvraj fell down. Armaan apologized to him and asked him does he need some medicine.
