Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 19th August 2025 Written Episode Update: Abhira Forgives Armaan? Will They Get Back Together?

The episode starts on a joyous note as the whole family dances to a beautiful song on the occasion of Janmasthami, as Abhira, Maira, Ansuman, and Armaan will be dancing together. Armaan will step back, making Abhira's heart ache. When everything is done, Maira will bring everyone drinks, saying staff also must be tired. Everyone praises Maira's upbringing. Maira serves Abhira, who doesn't want to drink the whole glass of juice, so she divides it into two, saying Mumma and baby will share, but Maira says Mumma and Papa will share.

While Saharsh, who is Manisha's friend's son, is flirting with her, Kiara gets to know about it, Manisha brings out the marriage topic, and Kiara gets angry and asks her to say no to Saharsh, saying she doesn't want to get married. While Abhira goes into her and Armaan's old room, a sudden wave of memories hits. Abhira asks Armaan, "Why are you not staying in this room?" Armaan says it was never only his room; Abhira tells him she needs to talk to him.

Whereas Maira got triggered with marriage talk, and inside her room, out of anger, she throws things here and there, and when Abhir comes on time, she asks him to leave. Abhir says she can't spend her life alone and will have to open the door for someone. Abhir says she hasn't forgiven him or herself, and she should not torture herself and should let someone in her life and heal the wound. Kiara angrily says she moved on long ago; Abhir provokes her to prove it by going on a date.

While Abhira reacts strangely and nervously around Armaan, he asks her to speak clearly, but Maira interrupts, saying it is Dahi Handi time. Everyone discusses who will climb up to break the matki; Krish and Anshuman get in competition, while it looks like something is bothering Abhira, whereas Tanya shouts to break the pot and someone's ego too. Krish falls, and Sanjay and Tanya are genuinely concerned for him, while they ask Armaan to participate as well, saying then only competition will be fun, and even Anshuman provokes that he won't be able to catch up but soon falls.

Maira says to Abhira that she needs to go now, and Armaan will also go. While Armaan and Abhira both climb to reach the matki, everyone is emotional seeing them together. Abhira looks scared, and Armaan asks her not to look down but to look at him. Armaan hands her the coconut to break the matki, saying her daughter is waiting, but Abhira takes Armaan's hand as well, saying they will break it together, saying Maira will jump in joy. Armaan says she doesn't have to force herself, and Maira knows everything. Abhira says Maira was their dream, and she has forgiven him and wants to start over because Maira deserves a happy childhood, and she wants to focus on that and says she forgives every mistake. They break the matki, and as Abhira was about to fall, Armaan saves her. Abhira is happy that her "mumma and papa" has won.
