Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 18th August 2025 Written Episode Update: Maira and Abhira Get Close! Will Abhira Forgive Armaan?

The episode starts with Maira requesting Abhira to marry Armaan again; Abhira gives the example, "Will she chase a train that has already left?" Maira denies it. Abhira says this is the same situation with her and Armaan, while Armaan says when she grows up, she will understand. Maira notices Abhira is crying. Maira says she is here now, so whom is she missing? Maira says her smile is not reaching to her eyes; Abhira asks her to sleep.

While Araan and Anshuman meet at night, he has bought an antioxidant drink. Anshuman says he is here to talk about Maira. Anshuman says that Maira will be shifting in with them, but he wants Araan to know that he has no intentions of replacing him and that Armaan will always be her dad. Armaan gets emotional; he says Maira always helps others and messes up, and she has other habits, like she hears stories, she is afraid of the dark, and she likes Teddy. Anshuman says, "Why is he telling him?" Armaan says he will always be his dad, but he won't be with Maira for 24 hours, and Maira will stay with Anshuman for 24 hours and will stay with him, eat with him, and eventually will get more comfortable with him than Armaan, and Armaan gets emotional that a father is always scared that his daughter one day will leave, and that day has come so early to him. He tellsAnshuman to take care of Maira with his heart, as she is his daughter too now.

The next morning Maira wakes Abhira very cutely. Abhira says it was the best dream. Maira says this is reality and even says she has made breakfast for her. Abhira is happily surprised and asks her to feed her. Abhira praises her. Maira says Armaan used to say the same and asks her to eat completely like Armaan. Abhira gets a bit sad. She asks from whom she learned. Maira says Armaan used to do everything for her; he used to pick her up from school and never used to miss any function, but now Armaan will break the rule and will get far away. Abhira is sad, but Maira says he will visit often.

While Abhira receives a call from Vidya, asking her to invite them to the Poddar house for Janmashtami, Abhira says Abhir and Maira will come, but she won't be able to, while Vidya asks if there is any scope for Armaan and her to get back together. Abhira just keeps the call. While Armaan hears this and tells Vidya to not pressurize Abhira. Whereas Maira is decorating the Goenka house as she gets to know Abhira is not going to the Poddar house, saying she will celebrate with her mother. Anshuman is happy to hear. Maira says Armaan told her he left her alone, and she will not leave. Maira says Armaan wants Abhira to be happy, and she will keep her happy.

While Tanya is personally looking after all preparation, Krish has bought flowers, saying these are for Kaveri, not her, and they both banter. While Kiara has taken over Abhir's manager responsibility, as he makes him do photoshoots, Abhir is not happy about all this, and they both verbally fight, while Kaveri asks for Abhira and Maira. While Armaan lies that they are coming in a while, Armaan says Maira might not come and has decided to spend time with them, and Armaan says he will have to get used to it. While Anshuman and Abhira shock them as they are dressed in different attires.

Precap: Abhira tells Kaveri that she has forgiven Armaan, while Vidya reminds Armaan that his Abhira will be getting married tomorrow and will be someone else's. What will Armaan do now? Stay tuned to know!
