Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 10th August 2025 Written Episode Update: Emotional Rakhi in Charu's Absence! Abhira and Geetanjali's Face-off: Who Will Win?

The episode starts with Maira not being able to make Rakhi properly; she demands to talk to Armaan. Abhira says it's too late, but Maira insists, whereas Armaan is crying over remembering Rohit and Charu and their memory. Geetanjali comes and asks him the reason, saying she wants to talk to him. Armaan gets irritated; he says he is missing his siblings and cursing his fate. What else does she want to listen to?

Armaan receives a call from Maira saying she is not able to get a rakhi. Geetanjali quickly jumps in, saying they will buy one, but Armaan takes the call, saying, "She participated in a dance competition and never gave up, so why is she giving up now?" Abhira comes to her rescue as she brings a rakhi, and in a heat of joy and happiness, Maira says, "Thank you, Mom." Abhira feels at ease, but Maira is shocked; she calms her.

Armaan changes the topic, saying Daksh was so naughty in childhood. Abhira says not to spread rumors, saying he was the cutest. Armaan and Abhira's vibes recall Daksh's childhood; Geetanjali is not feeling good about this, seeing three of them bond. Whereas Kajal and Manisha came to ask for the menu and other things for the function, Kaveri says they should take over like they were doing, and she leaves, while Vidya says Kaveri's self-confidence has suffered and now she doesn't feel comfortable in taking decisions. Armaan overhears this.

Armaan has planned something, as he has bought subpar sweets and Rakhis. His plan is to get a reaction from Kaveri, as the rest agree that the Rakhis and sweets are good, and they all leave, making excuses. While Kaveri calls Dilip and takes over the command again, Armaan says it was the plan.

The next morning, Tanya ties Rakhi to Anshuman, saying she wants a gift from him and that he can't back out. Anshuman asks her to shoot. Tanya says she wants to give Krish another chance and that she can't give up on marriage this quickly. Tanya says she has gotten everything so easily from childhood because of him, but she wants to work on this marriage; otherwise, she will feel that she can't do anything without her brother.

Whereas at the Poddar house everyone appreciates Kaveri's choice of Rakhi and sweets. The whole family, including Krish, is there. Abhir arrives, saying Charu has sent rakhis for them, including letters for Armaan, Krish, and Aryan. Abhir asks Kiara if she could tie Charu's rakhi first. They all get emotional; Kiara agrees, saying the first elder sister only had to tie. Krish too asks Kiara to tie him a rakhi; Tanya's entry shocks everyone. Tanya asks them to tie the rakhi first, and then they will talk.

While ARmaan wonders where Geetanjali is? While she is talking on a call to Maira, Geetanjali is making sure of her and Maira's relationship, saying she and she are only mother and daughter, and says she has a surprise for her. While Abhira and Abhir are also celebrating Rakhi, missing Ruhi on the occasion, Abhira says, "But Ruhi is there." He brings the gift sent by Ruhi for Maira, and Daksh has sent a recording as well. Abhira gets excited.

As she was about to tell Maira, Maira tells her about a dance competition of mother and daughter, asking if she can participate with Geetanjali. Abhir tells Maiar to consider Abhira; Maiar says she can't. Abhira asks why. Maira asks if she has trained in dance or participated in competition. Abhira pushes Abhira to perform in front of Maira, but Abhira doesn't match Maira's expectation. Abhira says she will practice a lot. Maira says, "But Geetanjali is already the best dancer, and she can't risk not being first." As Abhira was about to intervene, Abhira stops, saying she will talk to Geetanjali and get the forms done.

Abhira calls Geetanjali. Geetanjali wonders if she is calling her to say that she will be participating with Maira, but Abhira shocks her by asking if she can participate with Maira in the parent-child contest and asks to submit the form. Geetanjali quickly agrees and gets excited, but Armaan hears this and asks Maira why she is not participating with Abhira. Maira says she doesn't know how to dance. Armaan says he also learned RJ's work for her, and in the same way Abhira can do anything and is a quick learner. Maira agrees that both Geetanjali and Abhira will dance with her, and then they will decide.

Precap: Armaan helps Abhira in dance practice while Daddu tries to tell Geetanjali that she is in competition with Maira's mother. Geetanjali says she wants to prove that she is a better mother.
