The episode begins with Rishank launching a new fitness program in Bhavya’s name. Sakshi is visibly offended by the gesture, but Rishank asks Bhavya to showcase the gym renovations. While giving a tour, they reach the sauna section, where a pipe mismatch causes water leakage. Chaos ensues—people slip, investors pull out, and blame falls squarely on Bhavya. Buamaa accuses her of sabotage, claiming she did it out of revenge. Rishank, devastated by the fallout, demands an explanation.

Bhavya admits her mistake but reminds Rishank that the pain he caused her is far greater—something he can never undo. Meanwhile, Sakshi receives news that Nitin's health is deteriorating. Everyone rushes to the hospital, only to find that Nitin has fallen into a coma after consuming a toxic fruit. The police question the family and learn that Rishank was the last to speak to him the previous day.

Bhavya sits by Nitin's side, praying. Buamaa, aware that Nitin has transferred business rights to her, pretends concern but secretly tampers with hospital wiring, worsening Nitin’s condition. She quickly calls the nurses and doctors, then blames Bhavya for the incident and drags her outside, accusing her publicly.

Rishank breaks down in front of both God and Bhavya, who comforts him. But just then, Sakshi arrives and accuses Bhavya of poisoning Nitin, alleging she gave him the fruit. Bhavya clarifies that Nitin called her but she refuses to disclose their conversation. An irate Sakshi slaps her. Bhavya proves her innocence by pointing out the reaction time for toxic fruit is 15 minutes and offers CCTV footage as evidence. The police clarify they aren’t accusing her, just investigating. Still, Bhavya laments that Rishank never defends her.

Later, Bhavya’s boss summons her and fires her, claiming her personal life has jeopardized the company’s payments. Bhavya counters that her personal life helped them land the project in the first place but is still dismissed, leaving her devastated.

Back at the hospital, Buamaa wonders why Nitin called only Bhavya and fears what he might have told her. She manipulates Rishank to end his marriage, with Sakshi echoing the same. Bhavya, overwhelmed, walks absentmindedly into traffic. A car nearly hits her, but Rishank saves her just in time.

When Rishank asks her what Nitin had told her, Bhavya accuses him of doubting her like the rest. She says she’s always protected his family, and yet she's left broken and alone. She refuses to tell him Nitin’s final words. Meanwhile, Akshay urges Buamaa to assert dominance in the family. But when Buamaa learns Nitin hadn’t officially signed the paperwork, she is shaken. Shockingly, it’s revealed that Akshay gave Nitin the toxic fruit.

At Bhavya’s house, a lawyer from Jaiswal’s side arrives, and her family fears the envelope might contain divorce papers from Rishank.
