Udne Ki Aasha 12th August 2025 Written Episode Update: Sachin Doubts Roshni! Roshni asks for Chitti's help? Is Dilip's Theft Truth Out?

The episode starts with Sachin and Tejas continuing to fight, Roshni and Sayali getting involved, and Paresh intervening and stopping them, while Tejas keeps putting allegations on Sachin that he is jealous and that's why Sachin is doing this. Riya tells Roshni to stop her husband now, but Renuka also says Sachin is involved. Sayali is tired of drama and says it is enough and says Tejas is used to putting allegations on Sachin, but she says she trusts Sachin, and he will directly do it and will not play this move, and she asks Roshni to take Tejas.

Tejas threatens to file a police case, and Paresh is disgusted with his son's thinking, while Renuka, as usual, sides with Tejas, while Sachin says, "What is in Tejas that he will be jealous of?" His face, his degree, or his useless mind? Sachin reminds him that he has the ego of that showroom and helped him get the deal? Everyone goes quiet. Sachin says not to say he has a mother. Sachin says he has known since childhood that he has a mother, and he does not.

Whereas their fight escalates as Tejas involves his bodyguard, Paresh tries to diffuse the situation, but it gets more tense as his bodyguard puts his hand on Sachin, but Tejas gets hurt in the fight, and even his bodyguard falls. His bodyguard starts to cry, everyone is amused, everyone makes fun of Tejas's choice, and he fires him from the job. While Renuka asks Sachin to confess and apologize, Sachin is not shocked, as he says he won't. Renuka threatens to ask Sachin and Sayali to leave, saying they are the reason behind the trouble.

Sayali answers back, saying, "Why will they leave?" It is her fault that she doesn't believe, and this house is theirs too. Paresh asks Renuka to think calmly, saying she can't always say this to Sachin and Sayali, while Tejas keeps repeating it. Sachin asks Roshni about the whole matter, and Roshni tells everything. Sachin says he should have called him then and there, while Sayali whispers to Sachin that the baba himself is involved. Sachin says that someone is distracting Tejas.

Sachin says it is not the first time that Tejas has put the wrong blame on him; he is talking about their childhood. They all start new theories. Sachin says, "What if Tejas and Roshni are involved in this?" Paresh suggests filing a police complaint. Sachin says he will accompany him, but Roshni stops them. Renuka, too, says the business will suffer. They close the matter for now, but Paresh says he will get to the truth.

While Tejas and Roshni inside the room discuss that he should have collected the evidence first, Tejas says to find the truth, while Roshni tries to convince Tejas to drop the matter. Whereas Sachin says to Sayali that Roshni is hiding something, and he wants to know the truth. Roshni overhears this, and they both confront her, but Roshni takes Teja's side that there must be some reason.

Whereas Roshni is worried about Dinesh, and if Sachin and Sayali discover him, everything will be ruined, Roshni makes a call to someone asking to meet urgently. Roshni goes to meet Chitti, and Chitti asks the real reason, but Roshni refrains from telling. Roshni says he is blackmailing her, and while Chitti gets an idea, he asks Roshni for help as well, saying Sachin has a video that he wants. While Chitti reveals that Dilip was the one who stole Renuka's money, Roshni is shocked to learn the truth. Chitti says as soon as he gets the video, he will do her work.

While Sayali and Sachin fight over Sayali overworking at night when they sit down, she is still working. Sachin shows her a smart way to handle her accounts. Sayali tells Sachin to focus on his work as well and how to expand more. Sachin says he has some more plans that he will discuss. While Sayali is afraid of the whole tender thing after the flea market mishap, Sachin assures her that he is there.

While Roshni returns home late, Sayali asks the reason. Roshni lies that he was out with Shikha, and while Roshni gives a cryptic reply that the truth will come out, Sachin feels more weird, but Sayali asks him to drop the matter, whereas Roshni is planning to get his hands on the video, and as this matter comes out, Sachin and Sayali's attention will divert, and they will forget about Krish. Renuka says, "Will it be good to do this with Sayali?" but she decides to focus on herself.

Precap: During the Janmastmi Dahi Handi program, Sachin and Sayali will get in competition with Chitti, but Chitti is planning something devious, which is to injure Sayali badly. What will happen now? Stay tuned to know!
