Shah Rukh Khan, Kiara Advani, Diljit Dosanjh & Indian Stars Shine at Met Gala 2025

Stars from film, music, and fashion were among those at this event, held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, United States, on Tuesday (May 6).

Though the world's eyes are on this event, Indians are excitedtoo as some of its biggest stars made stunning appearances and debuts on the blue carpet.

Shah Rukh Khan is among them, becoming the first Indian male actor to debut at the Met Gala. Historic, isn't it?

SRK made his Met debut in a custom-made design by Sabyasachi Mukherjee according to the theme of this year, which is "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style."

Shah Rukh graced the carpet with his stunning floor-length black wool coat designed by Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee along with bold statement jewelry, including a large sparkling “K,” which certainly is a standout.

In an interview he said, “I told Sabya I only wear black and white, but what we designed for me is what I’m most comfortable in,” he said. “That’s how I think it should be.”

Along with Shah Rukh, Diljit Dosanjh made his debut, perfectly representing what he stands for, which is making Punjab a global sensation. He was seen wearing a long, maharaja-inspired cape with an embroidered map of Punjab as well as Punjabi dialect written on it. A truly mesmerizing look. The outfit was designed by Nepali-American designer Prabal Gurung. Which last year did Alia Bhatt's iconic dress as well for Met Gala.

Kiara Advani also made her debut; she was seen gracefully flaunting her baby bump in a long black and golden gown with a long cape.

Along with this billionaire and millionaire Isha Ambani, she has attended this event multiple times in the past. This year, Isha Ambani wore an Anamika Khanna creation to the Met Gala. Natasha Poonawalla and Mona Patel are others to make it to the list who stunned in their outfits.

Along with this, Priyanka Chopra also attended this event for the fifth time. Manish Malhotra also made her debut.
