The last we saw Savi defending Neil in front of family, and Shrichand decided to invite Neil's family, saying they needed to thank Neil. Whereas Neil is planning to go to the location where Riddhi was kidnapped to find the clue, Yash is concerned for him, but he says he doesn't trust police and he needs to get to Tejaswini's murderers. As they were discussing this, Neil receives a call from Pookie, but Shrichand is on the other end. He introduces himself and thanks Neil for his help in Riddhi's return and says he has kept a pooja in the temple and invites him and his family. Neil denies it, saying he has some work, but Pookie talks to Neil and convinces him. She asks to talk to his mother, Neil hands over the call to Leena, and she invites Leena along with the family to the pooja.

Leena agrees to go to pooja, but Bhushan asks what was needed to say yes. Leena says they all will go, saying she doesn't want Neil to be more distant with them. Bhushan finds this weird but agrees at last. Whereas Shrichand is planning something, Savi's family is also not happy with Shrichand's decision to invite Neil and family, but Shrichand says tonight will be a memorable one. Shrichand's plan is to separate Neil and Savi, as they together have ruined his plan; he wants to create a major misunderstanding between them.

As planned, Neil and his family reach Pooja. Sai comes running and hugs Neil and hands over her card. Neil introduces Sai to his family. Savi comes out and gets awkward seeing Neil's family. They greet each other, but there is tension. Both families come face-to-face. Shrichand was waiting for this moment, and as he greets Neil and his family, pooja begins. Savi prays for protection for the family and to give enough strength to find Tejaswini's culprits. As Savi was doing pooja, Shrichand asked Sai to tell Neil to do it too, and the three of them together did pooja. Whereas Shrichand thinks about how their life is about to change in a few moments.

Precap: In a shocking turn of events, both families see Neil and Savi's video from Switzerland, where they are seen dancing and getting close together. The camera is at such an angle that it looks like they are kissing. Both families accuse Savi of getting close with Neil. Bhagyashree takes both the kids and says Savi will never see them again.
