Anupama 7th June 2025 Written Episode Update: Anupama is Harassed and Humiliated at Work While Rahi Dreams of Mumbai!

Today's episode starts with Anupama cooking, and the man whose house she is cooking in eyes her. She does wrong gestures and tries to get close to her and touch her inappropriately. His wife comes in, and he puts the blame on Anupama, saying she was asking for her number. Anupama is so shocked and still getting over how that man treated her, while the man's wife starts to blame Anupama, saying she is here to entice her man. Anupama tells them her work is done, and she asks for money so that she can leave, while her wife twists Anupama's hands while they humiliate Anupama in front of all and make a video of her; Anupama makes a run.

While Prarthana and Ansh are leaving, Leela says to Ansh to be back home early as they need to see a girl; she tells Prarthana to convince Ansh. Leela's plan is to not get Ansh and Prarthan together, and while she resents Anupama for leaving everything for her to handle, Leela says Anupama might be having fun. Whereas Anupama looks scared and anxious, Rahi feels that something is wrong. Anupama gets hurt, and Rahi gets hurt as well. Anupama can't forget how people treated her; she keeps on running, hiding her face.

While Ansh tells Prarthana in the car that he is not ready for marriage, anyways, after Anupama, he has a lot of responsibility. He drops Prarthana. Gautam is outside. Ansh insists on dropping inside, but Prarthana says she will manage. While Anupama is home and people gossip seeing her condition, when she enters home, seeing her condition, Jaspreet asks what happened and asks her to calm down. Anupama keeps on thinking about the incident.

While seeing Rahi hurt, Parag comes and sits beside her. He reminds her again to get time for hobbies and passion, and she can start the dance practice. Rahi is afraid that her hobbies will disturb her responsibilities. Parag tells her how women are all-arounders. Parag assures her that she will manage things and to start without waiting for the perfect time. Abhira recalls her dream of going to Mumbai for dance. While Jaspreet gets angry as Anupama tells her everything, she tells her that they will go to the place and get Anu's money back. Jaspreet is worried about Anupama: how will she survive without them?

Whereas Prarthana gives rent to Leela and asks if she is looking for a PG, and once she gets it, she will shift. Kinjal asks why she wants to leave. Because of Leela? Prarthana says she is independent now and can live alone. And how Ansh had helped her and brought her here when she was in need. While Raja and Pari are at the Shah house to meet family, Kinjal gets emotional, and Pari remembers Anupama. Whereas Anupama, on the other hand, asks the people not to worry about her, they tell Anupama to go to the beach. Anupama refuses, and while going to her room, her roommate says her phone is in the drawer so she can make the call she does every week; she will feel better.

Precap: Rahi's birthday is coming. Anupama gets emotional saying what she can do for her, while Kothari surprises Rahi by decorating the house. As Rahi cuts the cake, Khyari will come and destroy everything.
