Precap: In the car Bharti told the Dance Ranis that a resort is 1 kilometer away.

The Friday episode of Anupama started off with Sarita telling everyone to not stay in the resort and in some hotel or Dharamshala to save money. 

Anupama is seen tensed as Devika asked her to be with them by her mind because she is only thinking of her family. Devika took Anupama's phone and switched it off and said she will get the phone only in Mumbai. 

Pakhi and the whole Shah family members tried to open the gate of Ishani's room. When they broke and came in they saw Ishani fell unconscious. Pakhi lost her control after looking at her daughter. 

Everyone is trying to bring Ishani back to consciousness. Pakhi opened Ishani's phone to call Anupama but saw Ishani's nude photos and started crying for her. 

Kinjal and the others started calling Devika and the dance ranis. devika picked up the call as Kinjal informed her about Ishani's condition as she got into shock. 

The Kotharis got to know about Ishani's health condition and started worrying. Rahi and Ansh went to meet her in the hospital. Vasundhara questioned Parag of why did he allowed them to go?

Parag told her that their sister's life is in danger and if he would have not allowed them he would have become a villain. He asked her to think before talk. 

Gautam and Mahi is seen talking to each other as the latter told him that they will settle down. Gautam asked Mahi to go to Shah house but she refused to do so saying Ishani is doing drama. 

Rahi and Ansh came to the hospital as doctor and nurse treating Ishani is getting panic. The nurse told the doctor she has got the last injection in their stock. Nurse fell down as Anupama caught the injection which was critical to save Ishani. 

Rahi and everyone got relieved after seeing Anupama. Pakhi hugged her and expressed her gratitude. Rahi said Ishani cannot take this step the reason is something else. Pari blamed herself for Ishani's condition. 

Pakhi said she is only responsible for Ishani and started crying. Anupama went inside to see Ishani and consoled Pakhi that her daughter will soon get well. Anupama told to herself she needs to talk to Pakhi about why did she blamed herself.

Gautam and Rahi came and gave good news to Parag that they have convinced the germany client for another meeting. Upon hearing that Parag embraced Gautam but later realized and came back. 

Mahi said Ansh couldn't do what Gautam is capable of doing as he has business acumen. Prarthna came and said you cannot disrespect my husband Ansh. Mahi said if you can take Ansh's side I can also take Gautam's side. Prarthna told her Ansh is her husband Mahi was about to say that she loves Gautam but stopped in front of everyone. Prarthna told Mahi don't even think about it. 

The next morning Ansh is seen leaving for the Kothari mansion as Rahi stopped him and requested to stay and go after Bhai Dhoj. Anupama asked Ansh to stay for sometime as Ishani will get discharged and leave after celebrating Bhai Dhoj.

Ansh got frustrated and told Anupama that because of Pari and Ishani they had to listen to Vasundhara and Baa's ill words. Ansh said he cannot take more responsibilities of others and now want to concentrate on Prarthna him and their upcoming baby. Rahi went with him. 

Anupama asked her Kanha ji that has he made a decision of not letting her live life on her own terms for herself. Anupama said she has always sacrificed her dreams because of each and every family members as Anupama entered the Shah house again.
