According to Kashyap, this is due to Aamir Khan’s need to exert strict control over virtually every aspect of a project, from the initial script and direction to the final post-production and editing.

Kashyap further alleged that Aamir Khan’s reputation for taking numerous takes in a shot might not be solely for the sake of 'perfectionism.' He observed that even after taking as many as 25 takes, the first and last takes are often the same, suggesting that the actor's process is a method of maintaining authority or control rather than genuinely trying to improve the performance significantly in every single instance.

Beyond the on-set behavior, Abhinav Kashyap also raised questions about Aamir Khan's influence on the industry's intellectual and creative figures. He stated that the actor manages to "trap" and manipulate powerful people, including respected filmmakers and writers. 

He expressed surprise as to why strong directors like Rajkumar Hirani and Rakesh Omprakash Mehra continue to return to Aamir Khan for collaborations, urging them to work with other actors instead of constantly converging at Aamir Khan's home or projects.
Kashyap also touched upon the subject of social responsibility and earnings, particularly referencing the blockbuster film Dangal. 

While not explicitly accusing Aamir Khan of wrongdoing, he implied that given the film's massive success and alleged earnings, particularly from the Chinese market, the actor could have contributed more to the community that inspired the film.
