Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan were in news a couple of months ago due to the creative difference they had over Hera Pheri 3. Akshay who bought the rights of Hera Pheri 3 even sued Pareshan Rawal for exiting the project. However, in June the makers confirmed that Paresh has reunited with his beloved Shyam and Raju. 

Recently, actor Paresh Rawal in an interview to a website spoke on lengths about the controversy around his exit from Hera Pheri 3. Firstly, he clarified that he had some creative differences due to which he exited and returned the signing amount with interest. He stated he had a genuine reason which lead him to step away from the film. 

Paresh spoke about his long time director and friend Priyadarshan and said lot of things happened over a couple of months but that has not changed our relationship. He also stated that in contrast our relationship has further solidified our equation. Hera Pheri 3 marks Paresha and Priyadarshan's 15th film together. 

Paresh once expressed that he is now sick and tired of Baburao the character from Hera Pheri. But showed interest in doing a spin-off. He went on to say that Baburao alone cannot withhold the film as he needs Shyam and Raju by his side. 

For those who don't know Paresh and Priyadarshan are also working on Bhoot Bangla. Which means Akshay, Paresh and Priyadarshan the trio will be seen again while creating the magic with its horror comedy genre. The film also stars Tabu, Wamiqa Gabbi, Rajpal Yadav and Asrani in pivotal roles. The film is set to release in 2026. 

Reports suggests that Katrina Kaif might play a character opposite Akshay Kumar. Apart from Katrina, the film will showcase Archana Puran Singh, Jamie Lever and Sakshi Chaudhary in pivotal roles. However, the makers have not confirmed the cast members except for the three lead actors as of yet.

Paresh Rawal also informed that the shooting of Hera Pheri 3 will start early next year in February. With some reports suggest that the film will hit the screens in later half of 2026. Hera Pheri 3 is one of the most anticipated film and franchise amongst audiences worldwide.

On the work front, Paresh Rawal apart from Hera Pheri 3 will be seen in Ajey: The Untold Story of a Yogi, Welcome to the Jungle and The Storyteller. Where apart from Hera Pheri 3 and Welcome to the Jungle Ajey and The Storyteller are slated to release this year.
