Shahrukh Khan to halt King's shoot in Poland to head to receive National Film Award for Jawan for Best Actor!

Shahrukh Khan a name often synonyms with stardom has etched his name nor just in films but in the hearts of his fans forever. The superstar who is currently shooting for his own production named Red Chillies Entertainment's King. He is all set to halt the shooting for sometime to attend the National awards and will flew back to the country very soon. 

For those who are unaware, Shahrukh after ruling bollywood for over thirty years will receive his first ever National Award. He will get an award for 2023 released 'Jawan' under Best Actor catagory. This is one of the biggest and greatest moment for his fans and for him to be  recognized and felicitated with one of the highest award show of the country. 

The film which was directed by South fame director Atlee surpassed all records up until then. The film's storyline truly stuck a chord with audiences which revolves around father and son relationship at the core. Apart from Shahrukh the film was led by female characters. 

It features south sensation Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupati, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover to name a few. Superstar Deepika Padukone also had a special cameo in the film which was a big surprise package for the audiences. 

Whether it was the story, cast or choreography the film stood on all the grounds and ruled the box-office. The music was handled by Kolaveri Di fame Anirudh Ravichander who composed songs like 'Zinda Banda', 'Chaleya', 'Not Ramaiya Vastavaiya' etc. The film collected  ₹ 1148.32 crores at the worldwide box-office.

Shahrukh along with Vikrant Massey will share the award as the latter has also received the honour for his exceptional role in Vidhu Vinod Chopra's film 12th Fail.
