Gayatri Remembers Her Past as Sheetal, Could This Be The End of Arjun's Lies?

Precap: Katha promises Gayatri aka Sheetal that she will make her meet with her son UV. 

The Friday episode of Kabhi Neem Neem Kabhi Shahad Shahad starts with Katha and Gayatri having a conversation. Gayatri shares that after her accident her in law's house wasn't fond of her. And did not visit her after her accident in the hospital for over a month. 
             Katha questioned her that after your memory loss why Arjun didn't told you that you husband and your son UV is alive? She again asked Katha that why did he changed her name from Sheetal to Gayatri? To which she replied that he wanted me to start a new life. And after her recovery Arjun took her to Nagpur in order to start a new life. 
             After hearing Katha seems to be not convinced by what Arjun did. On the other hand, Arjun is having a deal with UV. He lies about Sheetal to UV and says that she has always been a career oriented woman and wants to have a deal with her own son of selling the ketchup, Achaar etc for her son's cafe. 
              UV is not convinced by Arjun's words. UV is seen broken after Arjun has left. Katha Promises Gayatri that soon she will make her meet with her son. UV calls Arjun and says I will sign the deal only after meeting my mother. So send my invitation to my mother for tomorrow as it's my birthday.
              On the other hand, Gayatri is looking at the sky when Arjun comes from behind. Arjun calls her with her name Gayatri didi. To which she responds my name is Sheetal and not Gayatri. Arjun comes to know that Katha is the one who can unveil his secret and make things worse for him.
